Young people aged 15–29 attracted and integrated into the community, youth from low-income families, those with behavioural difficulties, those placed in social institutions, youth at risk from ethnic minorities, youth at risk living in small and remote settlements, through their participation in the activities of the Dobrich Youth Centre.
